As a mother of children living with special challenges, I had to speak out.
The movie "Tropic Thunder" premiers Wednesday, August 13. The movie as a spoof of Hollywood actors would get no grief from me...I would probably have gone to see it if they had left it at a spoof on Hollywood actors.
They chose to bring people living with intellectual disabilities in as fair game. No matter that their intention was to spoof the ridiculous portrayal of persons living with disability, the result is a perpetuation of the social stigma and denigration of people living with intellectual challenges.

How do you people do it? Keep up I mean.
I am so far behind here...and in life...and feel completely lost. My bloggy friends of cre8Buzz...I miss knowing what is happening...who is happening...is anything happening?
This I know...when I have surgery next week, I am sitting on my butt and blogging and buzzing my way to recovery.
Good grief, is this pathetic or what? I'm am so blaming my kids.
