Yep that's me. What I'm doing in spirituality, no clue.

Anyway, so I see a few familiar faces in the top 8 some good folks to be sure. You guys are awesome.

I have been away and doing other stuff for awhile, hope you can forgive me. Also I am drinking red red wine, hope you can forgive me of that too.

I met some really great people on here, like Trysh for example. And she was kind enough to send me some of her wonderful work. So this site is definitely worth it for the people you will meet.

My step son and mother in law are also here even though Ant man kind of freaked her out, no harm, she was not used to the lingo.

Well, I guess I am still and forever growing spiritually. That seems to be my objective. I hope all is well with those two of you reading this. Hey, send me a message, maybe we can connect. I am just another being searching for the truth. Oh and did I mention I am selling Avon. Talk to me.

To Serve and Protect? Whom? Posted 6 months ago

A recent incident with our local sheriff's department in which I was treated very poorly by a cop, in my opinion, has prompted me to ask this question. I had an expired tag and was unaware of it, but felt like he thought I had just robbed a convenience store or something. To make matters worse, I had my 4 year old in the car with me. I'll spare you all the details for now, but in my typical fashion, I have to laugh at the situation. So I came up with part of a song, set to Waylon Jennings (I think?) tune,"Momma's Don't Let Your Babies Grow Up to Be Cowboys". OK, here goes:

"Mommas don't let your babies grow up to be Po Po, don't pick on women with kids in the car, be nice and maybe you'll get a gold star" I still need to work on it some.

Or how about this, a help wanted ad for cops would go something like this:

"Do you have a chip on your shoulder? Perhaps your ego is the size of Texas and you enjoy throwing your weight around while you are power-tripping? If so, this may be the job for you. Just imagine, you could enjoy the privilege of running up and down your local community streets being inconsiderate of your fellow citizens and not get fired for it! The best part, you even get to carry a gun."

Ok after reconsidering, perhaps I am the real jerk here. I can forgive this man, I do not know his situation, maybe it is horrible. I bless this man and the work he does.

I am starting a weekly contest on my new blog, "Missy's Memos". This is the first feature.

Mrs. Clark was reading a book to her daughter Mikayla the other night in which a mysterious bunny dance was described. Upon further research, she found this info about hares:

"The saying "mad as a March hare" refers to the wild caperings of hares as the males fight over the females in the early spring, then attempt to mate with them. Since the females often rebuff the males' advances before finally succumbing, the mating behavior often looks like a crazy dance; these fights led early observers to believe that the advent of spring made the hares "mad."[2] This bold behavior makes the hares, normally timid and retiring animals, much more conspicuous to human observation in the spring."

This is the first of our Friday Fun Furry Facts posts. Please join us with an unusual animal fact of your own and you may be selected to receive a discount from Mrs. Clark's Critters new webiste that week. Just leave your fun fact in the comments on Missy's Memos blog. Oh, and let us know how to get in touch with you so we can let you know if you win. Thanks!

I used to live down the road from a church that always had some clever saying out front on the marquee.

The other day I passed one I thought was good and wanted to share it here that said, "Aspire to Inspire before you Expire".

I hope I can be an inspiration to my kids.

I wanted to give a little buzzlove to my friend Trysh over in the crafting community on Cre8buzz.

Back in December we were discussing men's jewelry. I was trying to think of a unique gift for my hubby and told her he liked Native American things. Then I got busy with Christmas and life in general and temporarily forgot our conversation.

A week or so ago I was thinking about Trysh when a couple of days later, lo and behold she messages me about a Kokopelli key ring she's made and wants to give me as a gift! And just when I was thinking of doing random acts of kindness for others, someone does one for me! http://www.cre8buzz.com/profiles/1225/galleries/8096/gallery_entries/26615
That's the link to a photo on her profile.

The keyring arrived today and I must say she does superb work! I'm keeping it for myself!

If you are looking for a beautiful one of a kind gift, Trysh is certainly the woman to talk to. Not only does she do awesome work, she is one of the kindest people I've met here on the Buzz.

Thanks a bunch, Trysh!
