Last week, I decided to make profiteroles which we in these parts just call "cream puffs"! I will always use the fancy names for things when I can because it makes me feel so cultured...and I need all the help I can get! lol!!

In my post I've included the recipe that I use for the Pate a Choux which is the pastry dough for the puffs. They are simple to make, however, they do take a good chunk of time. Enjoy!
