Business has been good, it helped to have clients with good credit scores and cash in the bank.

I only had 1 client that didn't make the cut when the banks started putting the squeeze on people with marginal credit scores or didn't have at least 10% down.

I have so much to be thankful for that it couldn't be covered in this space. A great family, amazing career, good friends, and a place I can call home at the end of the day.
