You know you’ve been married when you decide lay in bed, too tired to move, and mutually decide to come up with a sex day. Not a day full of sex… married couples rarely do that. A sex day, a day you have sex. A day registered on your calendars in order to keep your sex life active. Once a week, we’ve decided Sundays, is our sex day.
No, I don’t only have sex once a week, shut up!! But, planned spontaneity is the key to an exciting relationship, or so I’ve heard (though, I have no empirical evidence to prove this point).
We’ve decided to make it a little fun. Any time, any place, so long as Mya is asleep or with grandma, and we are not in the middle of the mall or restaurant, when someone wants to cash in their sex day, the other must oblige.
This shall be interesting… don’t you think?

Laughing. That's how it goes, isn't it? We haven't gotten all official about it or anything, but Sunday is our "unofficial" sex day too. By the way, have you noticed that the house can be completely quiet, kids busy or even SOUND ASLEEP and the minute you sneak into your room and lock the door, said children are RIGHT OUTSIDE YOUR DOOR and suddenly NEEEEEEED you? Man!

We tried that, but to no avail. Invariably, something would happen. Either she or I would not be feeling well or too tired or the kids would choose that night to not be able to sleep and bust through the bedroom door like a mini-SWAT team. I decided to go for the "Quest For Fire" method, which is taking any and every opportunity regardless of the suroundings. Let me tell you, it's pretty exciting, although charges are still pending from the Chuck E. Cheese incident.

Well, once a week isn't bad, right? Right?!! Because if it is, I think I need to work on my seduction routine. Or I should get one. You'll have to let us know how it works for ya. ;o)
