Sheesh.
Seriously, Thanksgiving is something that gets in my way of Christmas. I just want it over with so I can get to the good stuff.
Horrible, I know. Let's move on...

Sorry.
I haven't really been here.
I have so much on my plate I don't even know where I am half the day.
One FANTASTIC main dish on my plate right now, is my wonderful, beautiful daughter I had as a young teen is back in my life!
She's found me, and we're building a relationship, and oh boy is this a different world than I knew just a few weeks ago.
Then of course there are the holidays.
ANd I'm a freak, so I actually RELISH them and just go bonkers over this time of year.
I'll try to get on more, but sometimes life calls, and if you don't answer, you'll miss something beautiful!
Another recall for Aqua Dots which are turning into GHB after ingestion and dropping kidslike flies.
If you have any take them back, if you thought of them for the holidays, think again.

When the heck are we going to collectively stand up and tell China to sell their poison elsewhere?

From the article "The product, "Ugly Teeth" party favors, was imported by Amscan Inc. and sold at various retailers throughout the United States in 2006 and this year, the safety agency said.
The fake teeth are painted white, black and orange with brown gums and were sold as Halloween party favors in packages of eight. Each package retailed for about $2.
Consumers should return the fake teeth to the store where they bought them for a refund, it said.
A photograph of the recalled fake teeth was posted on the safety agency's Web site at: http://www.cpsc.gov/cpscpub/prerel/prhtml08/08059.html."
>Just had a recorded phone call message from the Superintendent stating there has been one confirmed case of MRSA in the district, no details were given to which school or if they intend to shut anything down to disinfect.
Here's a link to info about MRSA on the District site that he gave in the recorded message:

I'm erring on the side of caution until I have more information on what school, and what steps they're taking for preventing the spread.
My daughter was just on 13 days of antibiotics, 3 days of Amoxicillin (for a dog bite of her lower mouth and face) after which she STILL ended up with a secondary infection and was put on Augmentin for another 10 days afterwards.
My fear is she was just on some pretty strong antibiotics, and I don't have enough info to feel safe for her.
Do you think I'm being a nut, or would you do the same?
