Promote your sponsors….2008 is going to be the year that I become the most wanted rider in Colorado. I know…I know…YOU want to be the most wanted rider in Colorado…Well, here is an idea that will get your sponsors BUZZing (get it) OK, how often have you crossed the finish line to find some snot-nosed kid asking for number plates. Some people may look at this as a burden…Me….I see a chance to PIMP my sponsors…This is what I mean: Every time you give out a fully decked out plate, (Rider name, number, sponsor stickers) you are handing out cheap advertising.

You can do this one of two ways…One...If you have a current plate sponsor…Otto’s plates, sonic, tangent, lipz, or even HRP…Hit them up for a butt load of the same plate and tell them what you are planning to do with them…More than likely they will hook you up with a bunch of plates at a very low price. Then you will design every plate the same exact way and get on up to the track.

Or you can go the custom route and make the plates yourself.

Use a template of the style of plate you want….

Decide what material you want to use plastic, thick card stock, or even plexi glass (Ray Plates back in the day)

Cut out the multiple templates and design….

Now, that you have all of your plates ready for the gate…Pack them up in your gear bag and get ready to PIMP your sponsors…
