When I was a kid, my sisters and brother and I used to say we could write the screenplay for the movie of our lives and call it "Meat Waffles". This is probably as close as I'll ever get to writing my life story, so I'm stealing the name. I'm about to turn 40, I live in Southern Indiana, and I have two daughters, three cats, and a husband. I like to garden, and I am working on my second Master's degree - and did I mention? I also work full time. This is a blog about life, parenting, and gardening.
