Hello All! Call me Angela. I am a Professional Life Coach Counselor and Therapist. I have left the "face-to-face" environment and am now working solely online. I find that there are many people who are either needing emotional or mental health support therapy services or Trauma therapy that just cannot afford a community -based therapist or counselor. Thus, I have been given the opportunity now to help those individuals receive the help or support that they need at a fee that they can afford. I have over 15 years experience in education, training, and working with individuals with various mental health disorders, from depression and anxiety to mood disorders and Personality Disorders. I am currently working with clients in these areas as well as Trauma therapy, PTSD, and Adult Survivors of Child Abuse. I help individuals with chronic illness and pain develop useful coping skills and daily living plans in order to build skills for daily living. I am ever-seeking fun, enjoyment, ways to improve myself, and making friends and have found the internet to be a place to do all that and then some.
