I have a 5-year-old daughter who, just like mommy, is a pushy broad. When I asked her what she wanted to be when she grows up, she replied (without the slightest pause), "The boss!" I'm also mom to the Wonder Twins, boy-girl twins who look and act nothing alike and who just turned 2. The boy is the bull in the china shop and I'm pretty sure the girl is an evil genius. But in a good way.

My husband is the only one who makes sure videos get returned and other important tasks (requiring way too much responsibility and not nearly enough blogging) get done. We used to barhop and travel and do all kinds of cool stuff before kids, and then we kept on traveling after the rugrats arrived, despite the fact that it can be nothing short of painful to be on the go with three screaming kids. We don't learn easily.
