I have been busty this summer with family, friends, blogging and for the most part real estate. So here goes for a recap.

It all started at the beginning of the month with the Hydroplane races on Lake Washington. But since tickets are expensive for the long boom my friends my friends and I just watched the Blue Angels and had some beers on my boat.

As the month continued a surge of writers block hit me and nothing was produced on any blog. But that did change when my friend John Wahl came to the office and dropped off a Puget Sound housing trend report. It showed that the Puget Sound region, Snohomish, King, Kitsap, Thurston and Pierce County are still better off than the rest of the nation.

Then just the other day some friends and I got to get there and did some pretty cool energy posts. Mine was a low, medium and high cost approach to saving money. Some of the suggestions where: dressing appropriately, adjusting the hot water tank, heating filters, and adding insulation.

But not sure what to do next as the month winds to and end and winter quickly approaches. Today is over cast and cloudy with intermittent rain at rough 65 degrees. More like fall than August.

Anyhoo that is me catching up with stuff and now got to go upload a listing to the website.
